BaRok-Projekto

In celebration of his latest work "Sovaĝa Animo" (Wild Soul) the Barok-Projekto presents the concert "Sovaĝa Turneo" (Wild Tour). It is a powerful journey to the heart of Brazil through the texts inspired in the Brazilian indigenous culture with its rich mythology and a powerful soundscape watered with power metal and lyricism!

The first band of the heavy metal genre to release an official album in the language Esperanto. Finalist in the contest "The Song of the Year" (2013) and (2016) promoted by Kontakto magazine with the single "La Plej Bona Ĉasisto" and "Jen Nia Viv-River'" (1st place) presents his first album titled "Sovaĝa Animo" (2016), which invokes the gods of the Brazilian Tupi mythology in a ritual sound, which offer catchy riffs, powerful vocals, heavy kitchen and engaging lyrics. Produced by the experienced Marco Aquilino and mastered in France by Triboulet at Studio de la Trappe, this concept album reflects on our ancestry and presents a part of the huge brazilian pantheon. For this new work the band has the very special guests: Marlon Baco of the band "Volúpia di Baco" which makes a vocal duet on "Reĝino de la Nokto";  the tenor Wesley Sousa makes the coral session of "Tauba kaj Kerana"; Miguel Brazil keyboardist in "Kaapora" and "Droniga Pasio"; Rikardo Cash, narrator of "Antaŭparolo de Prapatra Kaciko". The Cover artwork and album liner notes are a sideshow made by the talented hands of Carlos Fides / Artside (Edu Falaschi, Evergrey, Narnia, Oficina G3 etc.). In "Sovaĝa Animo" the Barok-Projekto shows to the world what they do best, heavy and elegant compositions with bits of classical and folk music in a surprising performance. "Sovaĝa Animo" was released in July in Europe and August in Brazil and worldwide.
